    His expertise lies in legal strategy, in advising businesses on go-to-market activities, in drafting and negotiating complex license, cloud, SaaS, and software distribution agreements.

    He also provides valuable coaching and guidance to legal departments, helping them implement cutting-edge legal tech solutions such as CLM systems and to position themselves inside the company.

    He always focuses on finding pragmatic and creative solutions that align with his clients’ business objectives.

    He has experience in managing cross-functional projects, overseeing cross-border legal operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting tech investment transactions.

    Maxim's extensive experience includes SaaS, telecommunications, and IoT/M2M startups, as well as working with the Google Cloud Legal Team.

    Eduard started his career in the international law firm Taylor Wessing in the Tech & Media team. He subsequently had different in-house counsel position in tech companies before founding LR29 in 2023.
